Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Knotty Fiber Goods, LLC. Each item is handmade with care and shipped with attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect after placing an order. 

Processing Time (Handmade Timeline)

Please allow:

3-7 business days for ready-to-ship items

1-3 weeks for made-to-order or custom pieces

Processing time does not include shipping transit time. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing): 

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Priority Shipping (if available): 2-4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or peak seasons.

 

Tracking Information

All order include tracking whenever possible. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with: 

  • Your tracking number
  • Carrier Information
  • Delivery Updates 

Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.

 

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through:

  • USPS
  • UPS (when applicable)
  • Other carriers as needed

Carrier selection depends on item size, destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Knotty Fiber Goods, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in filing a claim or locating the shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address given by a customer. 

 

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at within 3 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the photo and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

 

International Shipping:

At this time, we currently do not offer international shipping.
