Refund policy

At Knotty Fiber Goods, every piece is handmade with care, intention and time. Because our items are handcrafted in small batches, we have the following policies in place to ensure fairness for both you and the maker. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final on:

  • Custom orders
  • Made- to- order items
  • Wearable crochet pieces (hats, ponchos, accessories)
  • Discounted or sale items

We do not accept returns for these items. 

 

We will accept a return only if:

  • The item arrive damaged, or
  • The wrong item was sent

To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer either: 

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A refund for the affected item

the item must be returned unworn, unused and in original condition within 7 days of approval. 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

 

 

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom pieces are created specifically for you. For that reason:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Custom items are non-refundable

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

    Please keep in mind:

    • Crochet items may stretch slightly with wear
    • Each piece is handmade, so slight variation is part of its charm
    • Colors may appear different due to screen settings
    • Measurements are approximate
